§ 17.28.040. Driveway grades—Residence B and C districts.

No permit shall be issued to construct a two-family or multifamily dwelling in Residence B or C districts showing a proposed driveway or access way with a grade exceeding ten percent or less than one-half of one percent. Transition from one grade to another shall be accomplished by means of a vertical curve.
