§ 17.32.060. Inspection.

The department of inspectional services shall require compliance with the standards and conditions set forth in this chapter. If a sign is found to be in noncompliance, the owner shall be so notified by the department of inspectional services and the owner shall bring the sign into compliance within thirty days of notification. In the case of abandoned signs, the current property owner of record shall be responsible for removing the sign.
