§ 17.28.060. Loading facility requirements.

A.

Effect on Prior-Established Uses. Buildings and land uses in existence on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this title shall not be subject to the requirements stated in Sections 17.28.060 through 17.28.080, except as set forth in Sections 17.24.020 through 17.24.040

B.

Two or More Uses. Where a building or land area is used by two or more activities that fall into different classes of use under Section 17.28.070, the facilities required shall be the sum of the requirements for the individual establishments.

C.

Required Bays — Rounding of Fractions. Where the computation of required loading bays results in a fractional number, only the fraction of one-half or more shall be counted as one.
