§ 17.24.055. Vertical extension of one- and two-family footprint.

This title shall not apply, dimensionally, to vertical extensions of nonconforming one- and two-family dwellings nor to the reconstruction of any nonconforming single- and two-family lawfully constructed accessory structure provided that the reconstructed structure is built on its original footprint.

The height restrictions of the respective areas in which these structures are located will be observed.
