§ 17.24.050. Nonconforming one- and two-family structures—Horizontal extensions.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply dimensionally to any horizontal extensions to one-and two-family nonconforming structures; provided, that the proposed extension follows in line with the existing structure, does not encroach any further forward in a required front yard, maintains at least six feet of clearance on side lines, fifteen feet of clearance on rear yards and complies with all other provisions of this title.
