§ 17.24.010. Effect of title provisions on existing buildings.

This title shall not apply to existing buildings or structures, nor to the existing use of any building or structure on any land, to the extent to which it is used at the time of first adoption of applicable provisions of the ordinance codified in this title; but, it shall apply to any change of use thereof and to any alteration of a building or structure, subject to Sections 17.24.020 through 17.24.040.
