§ 17.04.230. Fees—Structure—Payable when—Additional costs.

The following fees shall be paid to the department of planning and community development upon filing:

Subdivision approval not requiring plans	$ 25.00
Preliminary Subdivision	$ 50.00 plus $10.00 per lot
Definitive Subdivision	$100.00 plus $25.00 per lot
Planned Unit Development Special Permit

$100.00 plus $20.00 for each residential unit and/or $.05 per square foot of gross floor area for commercial or industrial use.

In addition, all applicants shall pay any costs incurred for legal notices for advertising for any public hearing required.
