§ 17.04.220. Amendment procedures.

A.

This title and the map attached thereto, may be amended from time to time by the city council, but only in accordance with the procedure specified in M.G.L. Ch. 40A and as herein provided.

B.

Petitions for the proposed changes in this title may be initiated in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 40A, as amended.

C.

M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Sec. 5, as amended, shall regulate repetitive petitions to make changes in this title.
