§ 17.04.120. Grievances—Appeal procedure—Board of appeals.

Any person aggrieved by any action taken or determination made by the director of inspections in the administration of this title may appeal within thirty days thereafter to the board of appeals by filing with the city clerk a notice of appeal specifying the ground thereof and filing an application to the board of appeals.
