§ 17.04.060. Director of inspections—Enforcement duties—Building permit issuance.

The director of inspections shall administer and enforce the provisions of this title, including the receiving of applications, the inspection of premises and the issuing of building permits for the construction, alteration or relocation of buildings and structures.
